Choose from an unscented version or select one of the natural extracts or aromatherapy grade essential oils (or blends) from the vast list available. The scent from the essential oils will be delicate and deliciously appealing, whilst the extracts will add the mildest flavour and scent to your finished lip balms. Available as a set of twenty 4.5g white plastic tubes of lip balm with a snap on cap.

Range
Range
A range label is used as the master design template for all products within a range of the same product type. It allows for the product name to be changed (see the variation option tab) so that new products can be added to an existing range without needing a whole new label designed. However, if any other aspect of the design needs to be changed (logo, supporting text or general layout) then a new range label will be required.
Select this option if you would like us to design a completely new range label, based on your specification and supplied artwork, and then print it for your first product in the range. Prior to printing, a dedicated member of our design team will contact you to discuss your requirements and guide you though every step of the labelling and design process.
Variation
Variation
A variation label is a new individual product name label that's based upon a range label we already have on file for you and typically used when you wish to expand your existing product range. All aspects of the original range label design remain constant with only the product's name being changed.
Select this option if you would like us to create and print a new variation of an existing range label design. We will contact you prior to printing to confirm the exact product name wording required for your new label.
If you do not have an existing range label on file with us, but do have another product in your shopping cart that could be classed as existing by the time we make this product, then please see the range and existing option tabs for the most appropriate selection.

Sunscreen
Sunscreen
With the addition of our natural micro-fine titanium dioxide powder (at 27% by volume), you can offer an almost total sun block feature in your lip balms that protects against almost all UVA, UVB and UVC radiation present in natural sunlight.
Like all other sun protection products, the actual level of protection received from the titanium dioxide in the lip balm is not guaranteed and is dependent on the individual skin type, the strength of the sunlight and how often the lip balm is applied during the length of the exposure. We recommend regular reapplication for the most effective level of protection.
If you would like to use titanium dioxide as a sunscreen in your lip balms choose Yes, but if you prefer your lip balms without please choose None.
Note: Lip balms that contain titanium dioxide can have a feint whitening effect when first applied to the skin. The whiteness will fade as the balm is absorbed.
