We're committed to producing the best quality products possible and promise that if we've made a mistake we'll replace or refund you for the affected items.

Our wholesale products are always freshly made to order, from your bespoke specifications, and never sent from stock. So, unless the products we've produced for you have been incorrectly made, are faulty or damaged in transit, you will not be able to return them for an exchange or refund.

In the unlikely event that there's a problem with any of your products when they arrive, please let us know so that we can fully investigate and put things right. All we ask is that you do this within 2 working days of receiving them.
