We know that there's nothing worse than waiting for something you've bought online to arrive, so we'll make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We'll also notify you by email when your order is dispatched so that you're kept informed.

Our aim is to dispatch your order within 3 working weeks from the day it was placed, but should we expect it to take longer we'll inform you as soon as possible.

Please note that it may be necessary for us to split heavy/large orders and dispatch them as several lighter/smaller parcels. We do this to ensure that everything we dispatch is fit for swift and safe passage through the delivery network whilst being fully insured against the unlikely event of loss or damage.

Should your order need to be split, the number of parcels and the appropriate shipping charge will be displayed on the Delivery Information page prior to checkout.
